Pre-Order Items

• Pre-orders begin shipping 3–5 weeks after the drop closes.

• Once your pre-order has been dispatched:

  • UK orders will arrive within 1–3 days.

  • International orders will arrive within 5–12 working days.

• Please note: Pre-order dispatch times are estimates and may vary depending on production or supplier delays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your item has been shipped.

Standard (Non Pre-Order) Items

• Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 3 days.

• Once dispatched:

  • UK delivery: 1–3 days

  • International delivery: 5–12 working days

Shipping Information

• All orders are shipped with tracking, and a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

• Shipping times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and courier delays, especially during busy periods.

Split Shipments

• If your order contains both pre-order and standard items, they may be shipped separately to avoid delays.
